EXPERIENCE: Our Monument Valley tour features spectacular scenery and Native American culture.  Begin with a scenic drive up Oak Creek Canyon and views of Arizona’s highest mountain

peaks. Then continue through tall pine forests and onto the Navajo Nation for a stop at historic Cameron Trading Post with its broad selection of souvenirs and Native American arts and crafts.

Learn about the Navajo people and their fascinating culture as you travel across their lands with our professional guide. Upon arrival at Monument Valley, you’ll be treated to a delicious lunch (included) with panoramic views. Next, you’ll embark on a backcountry journey via the scenic drive through Monument Valley Tribal Park with amazing views of rock formations like The Mittens, Rain God Mesa, and John Ford Point. It’s easy to see why Hollywood chose Monument Valley for so many memorable films from John Wayne westerns to Forrest Gump. Have your camera ready as the photo opportunities are endless.

Monument Valley from Sedona and *Flagstaff Arizona :

This is a unique tour that takes you on an extraordinary journey to the enchanted lands of the Navajo.  You will travel through the red stone monoliths that are truly an icon of the southwest.

Take a journey to the land of the Navajo, on this fascinating and incredibly scenic tour to the heart of Navajo Country.  This is one of the most remarkable, beautiful and famous landscapes in the world, early recognized by Hollywood as a stunning background for western films.

Your journey will begin with a scenic drive up the famous Oak Creek Canyon.  From there, we travel through the San Francisco Volcanic fields en route to the famous and historic Cameron Trading Post.  Along the way, your professional guide will be telling stories and entertaining questions about the Navajo people – their history and culture.  Once at Monument Valley Tribal Park, you will be treated to stupendous views of the red rock monoliths that has been the inspiration to everyone from Navajo Medicine Men to Hollywood directors. Lunch is included.

Cancelation Policy:

Full refunds are offered on cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure with the following exceptions:

All Train bookings require 72-hour cancellation for a refund.

Antelope Canyon Tours requires 72-hour cancellation and Guests must have good mobility.  Colorado River Float Trip Tour: 7-day prior cancellation notice, no exceptions.

We recommend trip cancellation insurance for all travelers. Cancellation details for any custom tour program will be contained in your group contract. Please refer to your contract for details. Cancellations must be received in writing or by facsimile to Arizona Tour & Travel Group.
